    Danielle Suberi

Castle Law Office of St. Louis, P.C.
    500 N. Broadway
    Suite 1400
    St. Louis, MO 63102

While an alum of St. Louis University School of Law, Danielle is not originally from Saint Louis, Missouri.  She is a native of Texas and attended Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she took up fencing in between economic classes.

Danielle played soccer from the age of 5 through college. She still loves every aspect of the game, including the excuse to be outdoors for hours at a time, running, and competition. When not practicing law, she fills her time with family, playing outdoors, and watching Charlie Chaplin or Alfred Hitchcock movies. She cites “The Birds” as one of her favorites. She said, “I love the way they talk, they way they dress up, and the black and white film—it’s so different from today’s movies.” Her pet collection now is relatively small compared to the one she had growing up. She currently has a cat named Bozo, but her childhood home was extremely pet friendly. At one point, her family had turtles, a pet snake, an armadillo found during a car trip, and even peacocks that had been hatched from eggs in their kitchen.

Danielle advises and represents clients on a wide array of consumer bankruptcy issues. One of her biggest roles is to help ease concerns by answering questions for families who are ready to file their bankruptcy cases. After meeting Danielle, clients always leave the room feeling they have finally found a way to take back control of their livelihood. She also loves taking the fight into Court to ensure that our clients are given the best shot at a clean start at the end of their case.

She received her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007 with a certificate in International Law. At Saint Louis University, she was a member of the 2006-2007 Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team and aided in a study focusing on such legal theories as Critical Legal Studies and Critical Race Theory. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois.

So, what does Danielle love most about her job? “I feel like we are on the right side of the fight. It is not at every job that you get to see the results of your hard work pay off every day. Here, I see it every day with each person we help,” she finished.
