Dominic is a native St. Louisan. He grew up in University City, where he still loves to return to his favorite hang-out, Blueberry Hill. Dominic loves the great food and eclectic atmosphere of the restaurant. He just can’t get enough of those 7 oz. hamburgers and the pop culture memorabilia lining the walls. He loves to watch sports, especially when it involves the Redbirds beating a certain Chicago team we all love to hate. He and his wife, Jennifer, love to walk their Corgi named Foxy and he likes to spend his leisure time reading. His favorite book for many years has been Catch-22. For fun, Dominic and his wife see great stand-up comedy at the Funny Bone in West Port. Their favorite comedian of late has been Greg Geraldo, who kept them rolling even after the show was over.
Dominic is our traveling attorney, making sure he provides the same great service from our downtown office at our new locations in Wentzville, Missouri and Fairview Heights, Illinois. Dominic is a “jack of all trades.” Whether he is helping people decide if bankruptcy is the best option to relieve their debt or helping them get started on their Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, Dominic is dedicated to helping people in Missouri and Illinois find the best relief possible.
In addition to his work at Castle, Dominic also does work with Jonathan for Ticketstop. Many people don’t know that a traffic ticket or DWI can actually raise your insurance rates for up to three years, multiple tickets could suspend your license and cause you to need high risk insurance, and some tickets even come with inflated fines or jail time. Dominic uses his vast experience with people who have received traffic tickets to make sure that they know the consequences of a ticket and how those consequences can be minimized or avoided.
Dominic graduated from the University of Missouri law school in 2008 and participated in many advocacy groups there, including the Eldwood L. Thomas Inn of Court and Board of Advocates. He also has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Why did Dominic decide that helping families through bankruptcy was the right career for him? “I really enjoy seeing the relief on our clients’ faces when they realize that we can use the bankruptcy code to eliminate the overwhelming debt that has been causing them so much stress and anxiety,” replied Dominic. He has always enjoyed fighting against large corporations and the credit industry for the rights of average, hard-working Americans. Dominic finished, “I am always ready for the David vs. Goliath fight.”
